1. What do I need to get started?

All you need is to provide us with an original piece of content. We will take that and convert it into a script for the video. If you need a blog post written, then head over to our blog post services.

2. Where does the footage come from?

For our b-roll we use stock footage that we have from multiple reputable sources. The b-roll that we select for your video matches your niche. We have thousands of b-roll options to choose from.

3. Can I request a specific gender (male/female) for the spokesperson?

When you place the order, there is an option on the form for you to choose between a female or a male spokesperson. You also have the choices of if you want their attire to be anywhere from casual to business professional. Please note we are limited on age and ethnicity options at this time.

We do try our best to ensure all of our client's requests are met so if you have any specific questions please feel free to contact us.

4. Can we have product demonstration videos?

Not at this time. If you have footage of your product that you would like us to include, send it over when you place the order.

5 - Are we able to use our company logo, our own images and video footage?

Absolutely! You can use your company logo as well as your own images and video footage in the video. Please include them in the order form when you upload your logo. You can also send us links to any photos and video you would like to see used in the video.
